When can I expect to receive my order?
The shipping time provided on our website is a guide only and represents the time frame that 95% of orders are filled within. If you need to receive the kit by a specified date, please contact us at support@slowdiy.com to seek the time frame, and you might need to pay an extra fee.
Total delivery time:
=Order Processing Time + shipping time
- Order Processing Time: 2-5 business days.
- Standard Shipping Time: 7-12 business days.
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. It takes 1 - 2 days to ship your order to our warehouse, write your name and address on it and ship it.
SHIPPING TIME: You will receive your order within 7 - 12 business days (depending on destination) from the date of shipment, not the date the order was placed.
If we experience a large volume of orders or extreme weather conditions in certain areas of the country, shipping may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional shipping days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

- Free shipping on orders over $99 (after discounts, excluding taxes).

Door to door service. It might need your receive signature to ensure safe delivery.
Can I indicate certain carrier?
No, we select and decide carrier according to destination country, order package weight etc. We work with USPS, DHL eCommerce, FedEx, DHL Express and UPS which are high reputation carrier to ensure smooth delivery. We own direct carrier account to make sure shipping service is expected. We provide door to door service.
Where can’t you ship to?
We only accept to ship to street, like office, home address. We can't ship order to military address. We can't ship order to military and PO Box address.
How do I track my order?
Click to track order. Once order was picked up by carrier, our system will send you email to advise carrier and tracking number. You may visit carrier offical website to monitor your package. You are able to work with carrier to make appointment of delivery time.
Can I change my shipping address after pick-up?
No, changing the address is not supported. Please ensure the shipping address before placing the order.
Do I need to pay any duties or VAT?
No, you don't need to pay these fees. Any duties and VAT are on our side. The duties, fees and VAT depend on the tax laws of your country custom.
Tracking Number:
Once your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you a tracking number and a confirmation email so you can track your package online.
Returns and exchanges:
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to work with you to resolve the issue. In the unlikely event that an item delivered to you is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may return/exchange the product for a refund within 30 days of receipt.
